Dr. Sharma has been awarded as "Best Sports Doctor" by Richmond Magazine in its April 2010 issue.
Dr. Sharma has been invited as a faculty to Instructional Course Lecture meeting held by Indian orthopaedic association. He presented on "Femoro-acetabular Impingement of the hip joint- a common cause of hip pain"
